Blanchard Mountain Rendezvous

Drawing inspiration from the legacy of the annual Barn Shows on Fir Island from ‘87-03, Canopy Gallery re-kindled the magic that can happen with a gathering of artists, food, drink and our community in an evening of Art and celebration.

This show included 28 contemporary artists working from primarily the Skagit Valley, including some of the original Mystic Artists that helped define this region over 30 years ago. A wood fired cauldron of soup as well as local draft beer and cider were shared in a remarkable first annual Rendezvous.
